Where do I even begin? I almost expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but no, it seems mediocrity is their specialty here. I seriously could've given a good review, but just couldn't. Avoid at all costs!

The staff's warm greetings made us feel welcomed, and the central location enabled easy access to various attractions and restaurants nearby.

They provided a complimentary and particularly nice breakfast with a pancake machine, milk plus hot food as well different types of milk. The room was great-sized and quiet with 2 beds, the staff was excellent.

Great stay with 25 teenagers traveling for theater competition. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety of choices. Front desk staff was courteous, helpful and welcoming...especially at checkin! (Duane). Thanks for making our trip easier...

Request a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience, as lobby noise can be audible in lower rooms.

There was a empty cup under my bed when I arrived... The housekeeping missed it.

I like the hot breakfast, the low traffic, and easy access to WiFi

I did not like the sheets nor being changed daily... My sheets had cotton balls in the center and I was stuck with them for 3 of 4 nights

Y'all, the staff was sweeter than a peach! The breakfast had good coffee and filled me up right. My room was so quiet, I reckon I could've slept through a tornado. Parking was cramped at night, bless my heart, but that didn't ruin my stay one bit. I'll definitely be back!

No real issues

It was an excellent choice. Because of the cleanliness I was sold. Not being familiar with this city I was afraid it would be less than pleasing and hated paying for it in advance but I was plesantly surprised. If the need should ever arise again I will certainly return to this hotel.

Shade behind window curtain could not be closed and light shone through all night and the sunlight awakened me sooner than I had wanted.

Really enjoyed the stay! The room felt modern and clean. The bed was super comfortable. I slept like a baby. Breakfast had a great variety, including gluten-free options. The breakfast staff kept everything stocked and were really attentive. Adele at the front desk was helpful during check-in. I did deal with a bit of noise from the traffic outside, especially if you open a window. It didn't ruin my stay, but it was noticeable. Parking got a bit crowded in the evening due to some events nearby, slightly annoying. Definitely a solid choice for my Greensboro trip!

Closed to everything. Staff made check in and check out very easy. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good Free Breakfast.

Paid a little more than I think i should, Paid 280 probably worth about 50 bucks less.. but i think the prices were a little hiked up because some kind of women tourney was in town. So a lot of hotels where booked.

This hotel had: great shower, comfortable bed, and great climate control. These are very important to me and the friendly staff, nice breakfast and big TV all at a reasonable price makes this an "A" rated place to stay.
